Io Series Hidden Winch Bumper – Jeep WJ (1999–2004)
Named after Io, the most volcanic and extreme moon in the solar system, the Io Series is engineered for Jeep WJ owners who demand maximum capability without sacrificing the sleek, curved factory body lines. The Io recessed winch bumper is purpose built to clear oversized tires, improve approach angles, and deliver lightweight protection with a minimalist, tube driven design.
The recessed winch pocket tucks the winch beneath the grille, giving the WJ one of the best approach angles possible while still accommodating a full size winch. The 1.75" OD 0.120" wall tubing provides critical protection for the headlights and grille without the bulky, boxy plates seen on traditional steel bumpers.
